Part Time Teller Opening  -  Valley Mills Drive

GENCO Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our member service team. Successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills and specific cash handling experience. Experience in a financial related field preferred.  Computer skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment are also required; bi-lingual Spanish skills a plus. HS/GED required.   

PT Hours: Monday - Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., Friday 1:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. and Saturdays 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
 
Financial Service Representative - Valley Mills Drive and Woodway Branch
 
Provides members with a central source of information and service that deal with credit union services and products, including but not limited to member account information and credit union investment savings opportunities.  Processes and closes loans and assists members in setting up new accounts and making changes in existing accounts.  Process share certificates, IRA's, and money market accounts.  Executes direct deposit and payroll deduction requests.  Promotes and cross sells credit union services and assists Branch Manager with the implementation of promotions.
 
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years experience in member or customer service, preferably in a financial setting.  Must have strong member/customer service and proven sales skills as demonstrated by successful service.  Two years of college preferred.
 
Fraud Specialist - Accounting Department

Responsible for the prevention and detection of potential fraud across all payment channels by reviewing members accounts and reports.  This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring debit/credit card fraud alerts daily and communicating information to appropriate personnel, receiving debit card disputes from staff and processing the disputes, working the compromised card lists as they are published, and reviewing all alerts from external sources, including MasterCard, FICO, etc. and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate fraud.
 
Successful candidate will possess the following skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment
  • Must be proficient with a Personal Computer
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented individual with a strong focus on completing tasks and producing high quality results   
  • High school diploma or equivalent required and one year of college preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in a finance related field required
Lending Administrative Clerk
 
We are currently accepting applications for an opening in our Lending department.  Responsibilities include:
 
  • Working the collateralized loan pay-off report and releasing the title to members.
  • Filing GAP and Credit Disability Insurance claims.
  • Monitoring various loan and title reports.
  • Updating and balancing various lending General Ledgers according to Accounting Policy.
  • Collecting documents and putting loan files together.
  • Performing quality control and preparing documents for scanning.
  • Receiving loan payoffs and releasing titles to dealerships.
  • Calling lenders to check on title status of auto refinances.
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Validating Skip-A-Pays and Adverse Action Notices.
  • Helping generate loan documents for Indirect Loans.
  • Previous administrative experience and High School Diploma or equivalent required.

10:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Monday – Friday and Saturdays, 8:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. on Saturday weeks
