GENCO Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our member service team. Successful candidate will possess strong customer service skills and specific cash handling experience. Experience in a financial related field preferred. Computer skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment are also required; bi-lingual Spanish skills a plus. HS/GED required.
Lorena Hours: 9:15 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. M-F, and rotating Saturdays 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
Lacy Lakeview Hours: 9:15 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. M-F, and rotating Saturdays 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
PT Teller - Valley Mills Drive Branch
GENCO Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our member service team. Loan Clerk - Valley Mills Drive Branch
We are currently accepting applications for an opening in our Lending department. Responsibilities include:
- Provide a broad range of lending support duties.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of loan application, notes, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, lending regulation and internal policies and procedures.
- File and pull loan folders.
- Prepares loans for Loan Officers.
- Maintain Credit Committee, Loan Officer and Board loan minutes.
- Responsible for Adverse Action compliance and mailing.
- Scan, file and retrieve documents as needed and ensure system is well organized.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive teamwork ethic
- Previous administrative experience and High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Contact Center Representative - Valley Mills Drive Branch
We are currently accepting application for an experienced Contact Center Representative. A Contact Center Representative provides members with a central source of information and service that deal with credit union services and products, including but not limited to, member account information, credit union investment and savings opportunities, and lending processes.
Successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in promoting and cross-selling products and services
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of customer and member service skills, preferably in a financial and sales environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Positive teamwork ethic
- Quick solution skills for problem solving
- Bi-lingual skills a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous lending experience plus one year of college preferred
