A Message from Our President

To Our Valued Members,

At GENCO Federal Credit Union, one thing has never changed—it has always been about you.

Over the years, we’ve been proud to gather with members at our Annual Meeting, a long-standing tradition that allowed us to connect in person and reflect on our shared success. As we shared in September 2025, participation in that event has steadily declined, while costs and resources required to host it have continued to rise. As a member-owned institution, we believe it is our responsibility to thoughtfully steward those resources in ways that benefit the greatest number of members.

So, as one tradition is ending, another one is beginning.

We are excited to introduce our very first GENCO Member Appreciation Day—a new way to connect with and celebrate the members who make our credit union strong. Rather than a single annual gathering, this day is designed to be more accessible and centered around you. By hosting this event across all our locations, we can reach more members in the communities we serve and create opportunities to connect throughout the day.

Member Appreciation Day is a simple expression of our gratitude. It’s a chance to say thank you—for your membership, your trust, and the role you play in GENCO’s story. Whether you’ve been with us for decades or just joined, you are the reason we exist and the reason we continue to grow.

We invite you to stop by on May 12th and celebrate with us. We look forward to seeing you, visiting with you, and continuing to build relationships built to last.
