Can you identify fraud?
Don't Fall Victim to Fraudsters
Scammers can use software that makes it look like GENCO or another financial institution is texting, calling or emailing you. This causes you to believe the call is trustworthy. These fraudulent calls almost always begin with the caller/messenger asking you to verify your account information. Never provide or confirm personal or financial information during any communication that you do not initiate.
