Note: A $10 fee applies when using the Payment Center through our phone center. When using this service on line the fee is $5.

Credit Card or Debit Card payments are only accepted only over the phone or in person.

PayPrompt:

Opt in for our text notifications to remind your when your loan payment is due.  No more worrying about forgetting to make a loan payment.
PayPrompt makes it easy to check your account balance, receive payment reminders, and keep track of all your due dates. Best of all, it's free to use for all GENCO members!  
 
Once your loan is established with GENCO, you may receive a text from us prompting you to opt in for this service. It will look like this.

NOTICE:

We accept credit card payments on Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We are unable to accept credit card payments on VISA credit cards due to VISA regulations. Note that we are able to accept VISA debit cards.

The log-in information is for the primary account holder.

If you have any issues registering you may need to update your zip code.
You can update your information in your online banking account or by calling
GFCU at 254-776-9550 to do this.

Full Service:

GENCO can assist with the following options:

1. Automatic Electronic ACH transfer from another financial institution
2. Call us to make a payment with your debit or credit card or an ACH transaction for a $10 convenience fee, 254-776-9550 or 800-922-6428; check with your card issuer to see if you may be charged a cash-advance fee.
3. Call us to set up Cross Account transfer from one CUD account to another CUD account, then utilize our online banking. 

If we did not receive your completed membership card, you will be unable to make payments at one of the many convenient shared branches.
