e-Statements
(Online Statements)
GENCO now offers you the convenience of viewing your monthly statement online instead of receiving it by mail. If you’re already using our NetBranch online banking service, you’re going to love e-Statement. This free service provides more convenience and is safer than a paper statement, which can be stolen out of your mailbox by an identity thief weeks before you realize it’s missing.
Features:
• Store and view up to 24 months of statements online.
• Statements are available for viewing by the third business day of the month – no more waiting a week or longer to receive it by mail.
• Your prior month statement is only one click away from the current statement – a great convenience for balancing your checking account.
• Access your e-Statement from any computer with internet access – a great plus if you travel frequently or need important information while at the office or on vacation.
• E-Statements can be printed from your home computer if a situation comes up that requires a paper copy.
• Special announcements and advertising messages printed on paper statements can also be viewed through e-Statements.
• Reduce paper clutter and increase the security of your personal information.
