GENCO Federal Credit Union is now accepting applications for the following positions at various branches:

WACO AREA LOCATIONS
(VALLEY MILLS DRIVE, WOODWAY, LORENA, BELLMEAD/LACY-LAKEVIEW AND CORPORATE OFFICES)

PT Teller (drive thru) – Valley Mills Branch – Hours are Monday thru Friday, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm and rotating Saturdays 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m., and will be adjusted as needed. Successful candidates will possess strong customer service skills and specific cash handling experience. Computer skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment are also required; bi-lingual Spanish skills a plus. HS/GED required. One year college preferred.

LUFKIN AREA LOCATIONS

Assistant Branch Manager - Lufkin branch - This individual will assist the Branch Manager to promote deposit and membership growth and to ensure the security and compliance of the branch operation. Additional duties (not all inclusive): assisting in managing the daily operation, supervising personnel and conducting outside business development calls. The ideal candidate will have a hands on approach, proven ability in managing a team/developing staff and executing sales plans. Additional skills are listed below.

· Maintains the utmost highest level of confidentiality

The individual must posses expertise knowledge, skills and abilities in:

· Proven successful sales experience

· Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the cash department of a financial institution

· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

· Microsoft Office products computer skills required

· Prior staff training experience a plus

· A 4 year degree preferred in business, accounting, finance, or other related field or equivalent work experience

Bi-lingual Spanish skills a plus.
