WACO AREA LOCATIONS (VALLEY MILLS DRIVE, WOODWAY, LORENA, BELLMEAD/LACY-LAKEVIEW AND CORPORATE OFFICES)
Full-time Financial Service Representative - Call Center (Valley Mills Drive Office) - Hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm and rotating Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm. This Financial Service Representative will be required to: Demonstrate proven experience in promoting and cross-selling products and services Proven customer and member service skills with a heavy emphasis on business development High level multi-tasking skills A positive teamwork ethic Quick solution skills for problem solving Excellent communication skills A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferable in a financial institution and/or sales environment.  Bi-lingual/ Spanish preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required 1 year of college preferred  SATISFACTORY CREDIT A MUST
Full-time Financial Service Representative - Northeast Branch – Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays 8:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. This position provides a broad range of duties and services to members in person, by phone, or by mail. Successful candidate will: Provide members with information and service pertaining to credit union products and services, including but not limited to member account information, credit union investment and savings opportunities Receive loan applications, process and close loans Assist members in setting up new accounts and making changes to existing accounts Process share certificates, IRA’s, and money market accounts Execute direct deposit and payroll deduction requests Must have proven sales skills and excellent communication skills Aggressively promote and cross sell credit union products and services Assist Marketing Director with the implementation of special promotions Be capable of performing all duties of the TSR, Loan Processor, MSR, and Teller A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution  Computer skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Software High School Diploma/GED required Previous loan experience a plus Bi-lingual Spanish skills a plus
