ONLINE BILL PAY!
GENCO Federal Credit Union's Online Bill Pay service is free of charge to our members. It is the fastest, most convenient way to pay all your bills. Access your bill service anytime, day or night from anywhere. GENCO Online Bill Pay is a great way to make your financial life a little bit easier.
To ensure the security of GENCO Online Bill Pay, we offer 40 and 128-bit encryption, firewall protection and constant payment system monitoring.

Registering for bill pay can be a simple process if you follow these steps. First, will need to have a checking account with GENCO. Bill pay can only be paid from a checking account otherwise known as a funding account. If you have a funding account you are ready to go to www.gencofcu.org and select the link . On the next screen select “enroll now”. Enter your personal information as prompted on the screen.
Once you have completed your registration it will take 24 hours for the account to be approved. You will receive a confirmation letter via email. Upon the first time your log into your bill pay you will need to register your computer and validate your identity (Beginning on August 6, 2013). Your computer will prompt you with a list of your phone number(s) to select from that are on file with GENCO. You will need to have immediate access to the phone/number you select. A an automated call will then come in to that line and ask you to enter a security code that will be displayed on the computer screen in front of you. Access to your bill pay will then be granted. If you do not have a phone number on file, you will be asked to contact GENCO during business hours at your earliest convenience. This enhanced security feature helps safeguard your information and may happen anytime you pay bills from a different computer.
“Step up” authentication is more likely to affect new members and existing members who log in from a new device. Users will be asked to register their device, this is called Device Profiling and is performed with every log in.
We recommend you have your cell phone listed in our files if you plan to log in from any device that is outside of your home. Please contact a member service representative at 254-776-9550 if you need to verify or add an additional number to your file.
The last part you will need to complete is to select a funding account. Once you have entered in the information to “Pay Someone New” you will need to select which checking account you want that bill to be paid out of. On the left hand column of the page you will see “Select Funding Account”. Select your account and continue as prompted.
